Dear Suzanne,
Sure hope this card finds you in good health, enjoying life and your career.
Are you going to head east for the holidays? Better bring some warm clothes! I was hoping for a mild winter like last year. Not going to happen-it has been very cold and we already have 6 inches of snow on the ground.
Jeff calls me daily when he is stuck in traffic. I have visited Doug and his family in Syracuse 3 times since May when I lost Uncle Bob.
Going to Syracuse is like going home as it is there that Bob and I started our married life and had our two sons. My granddaughters, Carly, 14yrs. and Amy, 9yrs., have grown so fast. They are both good students. Carly loves her tennis and Amy has become a horse lover.

Hurl me past the new rulers of 2008. What measure are they of values built on burnt and dead flesh? Fire me for the past, cast me out into the dimly lit future so bright with hope and still dark as a tank with despair. I am willingly thrown aside or part of the next call. Disturbatory mandates fill the cast with doubt. The family is outside and right beside the host. You might be a guardian angel, mime and siren. Why stop when dysfunction is the easiest way to collect the other's dreams. In 2008 we collect our own.
